When is the cut-off time for radioactive orders?
Radioactive products have to be flown in from our manufacturing site in Cardiff (Wales)
thus the cut-off time for radioactive orders is Wednesday 12pm.
Exceptions : Product codes IMS30 & CJS4 have a cut-off time of Friday 12pm.

Is there a cut-off time for non-radioactive products?
We advise that you check our stock level for the item(s) of interest before ordering.
No, there is no cut-off time for non-radioactive products, but we advise that you place your order by noon Wednesday.
This way if we do not have it in stock, we can ship it in from our Swedish warehouse and this will take approximately 1 week to get to you.

Can you tell me when a particular radiochemical is labelled?
You can find all Labelling Dates / Dispatch Schedules via the links below.
Please note the corresponding shipping date in general is the Wedneday following the Available Date stated.

Which items require an Import Permit when ordering?

The importation of certain products are regulated by the Therapeutic Goods and Administration (TGA). Under their jurisdiction an import permit must be acquired for each order and surrendered at Customs at the time of importation. However Amersham Biosciences will apply for the permit on your behalf providing you send us an Enduser Statement.(to download an outline of the points to address on your enduser statement click here)
Please note the TGA require 10 working days to process your permit and Amersham Biosciences require 1 week to ship the goods to you.
